Event 1) 09:00 to 16:00 - Arrival, Timed Section and Spot Landing Competitions, land at Luqa Airport – refuel. Light refreshments provided after Customs, Immigration (non-Schengen participants only), and Health clearance. Rallyists will, when ready, be taken to their Hotel. Concours d’Elegance judging, which Rallyists need not attend.

Event 2) 21:00 - International Buffet at the Terrace Restaurant, Westin Dragonara Resort. Dress: Informal

SUNDAY, July 1

Free Day

Event 3) 10:00 to 12:00 - Arrival, Timed Section and Spot Landing Competitions, land at Luqa Airport – refuel. Event 4) 20:30 - “FRIENDSHIP NIGHT”. Maltese dinner and Memento Presentation. Venue will be announced later.

MONDAY, July 2

Event 5) 20:30 - Rally Night at il-Mithna – Traditional Maltese Eating House.

Departure for Hotel at 23:45 Dress: Informal

TUESDAY, July 3

09:15 to 10:00 - Pilots’ Briefing, followed by AGM, at the Westin Dragonara Resort.

Free day

Event 6) 18:45 - Reception at the Quadro Upper Terrace courtesy of the Organising Committee of the International Air Rally of Malta, followed by the Prize Giving Ceremony.

Event 7) 20:30 - Gala Dinner at the Quadro Terrace, Westin Dragonara Resort. Dress: STRICTLY LOUNGE SUIT.

WEDNESDAY, July 4

Event 8) Departure am - Rallyists will be provided with transport from the Hotel to Luqa Airport for Flight Planning and Met. Briefing. The departure schedule for Luqa Airport is as follows: 07:30 and 08:30.

If Instrument Meteorological Conditions are likely to be encountered, departure times and flight levels will be allocated during the Briefing and kept as close as possible to the pilot’s request.

Rallyists should ensure they take with them all their BELONGINGS before leaving the Hotel.

Rallyists remaining in Malta after the Rally must follow instructions given on arrival and/or any subsequent instructions. These Rallyists must make their own arrangements for Departure.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ARRIVALS ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
