CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Currency exchange facilities for non-euro zone participants will be provided at Luqa Airfield.

NAME BADGES
Every Rallyist will be provided with a name badge on arrival and it will be helpful if this is worn at ALL Rally functions. Committee Members may be identified by their red-edged badges.

REFRESHMENTS AND FUNCTION TICKETS
Light refreshments will be available at the Reception Centre, as lunch at the Hotel will not be provided on either arrival day. At Luqa Rally Reception, rallyists will be supplied with function tickets for each event in the programme. To ensure admission, the appropriate ticket should be presented at the entrance to the event.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs will be available, against payment, at the Tuesday Reception. Reprints and/ or enlargements should be ordered direct from the official photographer.

TRANSPORT
Rallyists wishing to hire a car can approach the car-hire desk at the hotel. Other Rallyists utilising Rally transport are requested to be punctual as transport to and from the various functions will leave at the time stated.

ENGINEERING
Limited engineering facilities will be available. The Rally Receptionist will help make any arrangements required.

FLIGHT PLANS AND MET. REQUESTS
Prior to their departure, pilots are to collect flight plans/documents submitted for the Flight Planning Competition, if not collected during the Pilots Briefing. Flight Plans and Met. Requests are to be submitted in the normal way, while Pilots Briefing will be held early on Tuesday morning. Those pilots who fail to attend will be given late departure times on Wednesday, July 4.

URGENT NOTICES AND INFORMATION
Urgent notices and messages will be displayed in the reception centre and hotel foyer. Please do not hesitate to ask any member of the Air Rally Committee for help and advice. For information prior to the start of the Rally contact:

Participants wishing to avail themselves of this service to the Malta Air Rally for 1 week should write to the Organising Committee of the International Air Rally of Malta for further details. Book Early – seats very rare March to September.
